The location of the cottage couldn't have been better. We were right in the middle of the village, making it incredibly convenient to explore the local attractions, cafes, and pubs. the walks from the doorstep were also a great bonus, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the area. the shared garden was absolutely stunning, with beautiful flowers and a large dining table where we could enjoy meals outdoors.

the communication with the management company was quite confusing and overwhelming. We received numerous automated emails, many of which were repetitive and unnecessary.

This cottage is a hidden gem in a spectacular location. You can explore the island with ease as it is in the heart of the village and close to all the attractions, landmarks, cafes, and beaches. the lounge is comfortable and the bed in the main bedroom provides a good night's sleep. the shared garden is a picturesque spot, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. the cottage is well-equipped with plenty of kitchen crockery and glassware.

One downside mentioned by guests was the lack of communication from the management, with excessive automated emails causing confusion and detracting from an otherwise amazing stay.

I had a blast hiking and cycling nearby. The airport was conveniently close. The holiday home had all the amenities I needed. Exploring Lindisfarne Castle was a delight.

Loved tripping over the water hose and wiping down dirty garden furniture while preparing food. Such a charming experience.

The room at Host & Stay - Eden Cottage was amazing! It had 2 bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the convenience and the extra space. It made getting ready in the mornings so much easier.

Honestly, I didn't really find anything to complain about. But if I had to pick something, I guess it would be that the view from the room could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in June. The location was perfect, offering beautiful walks right from the doorstep and close proximity to local attractions, cafes, and pubs. The lounge was cozy, and the main bedroom had a super comfortable bed. We loved the shared garden, which was filled with blooming flowers and visited by charming birds, bees, and even a hedgehog. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of crockery and glassware. It truly felt like paradise at Eden Cottage.

    I do recommend this hotel.
